Calcium! It fixes everything. This is calcium. It prevents late-night leg cramps and aids in weight loss. It has gradually healed the bones in my right leg from prior injuries. I take two pellets in the morning and two in the evening. Initially, missing a dose meant excruciating pain, but now I can skip a dose, though I try not to. I've found a supplement I cannot do without!
